Please note orders over 500g are sent Royal mail International signed for. If the order value is over £50 we pay for the additional insurance up to a value of £250.
Please note that we reserve the right to contact you if you have placed an order which is over 2000g with the additional cost of postage and will not proceed until we have your agreement to proceed. If once we have contacted you with the additional cost you do not wish to proceed we will refund your payment as soon as possible.

How Long Should Delivery Take?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day, during busy times it could take a little longer. Royal Mail aim to deliver in 1-2 working days.
European deliveries take approximately 3-10 days, Rest of World 7-21 days. Please be aware that outside the EU customs charges are sometimes applied to packages sent abroad, customs will charge you directly for these.
Please ensure your order states the correct shipping address we cannot compensate you if a parcel is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
